His writing aims to translate complex traditional Chinese medical theory into something practical and accessible for the people who need it most.
How he works
Treatment is unhurried and individualised. Initial consultations last around 90 minutes, with proper time given to building a complete clinical picture before any needles are inserted. Many patients comment that this is the first time a healthcare practitioner has actually listened to their complete story rather than just the chief complaint.
Where appropriate, treatment combines acupuncture with Chinese herbal medicine, dietary advice and lifestyle guidance. The goal is always to address the root cause rather than to suppress symptoms — which is why most patients see improvements in conditions they didn't even mention at the first appointment.
Convenient for the Maidenhead area
The clinic is easily reached from Maidenhead and the surrounding villages by car, with good road links via the A4 and A308. Patients also travel from Cookham, Bray, Taplow, Holyport, Furze Platt, Pinkneys Green, Burnham, Marlow and the wider Thames Valley.
