Information we collect
- From this website: basic analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, browser type) collected anonymously to help improve the site.
- From our online booking system: name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to share when making an appointment. This is processed securely by Acuity Scheduling.
- From clinical consultations: a confidential medical record including your medical history, current symptoms, treatment notes and outcomes. This is held in line with British Acupuncture Council standards.
How we use your information
